Gain Weight but stay fit. Since so many of us suffer from lesser weight and looks very weak. According to BMI (Body Mass Index), one should be between 18.5 - 24.9 points to be in normal weight. Below that 18.5 points, considered as underweight. To add muscle weight, you can do good exercises at gym, practice yoga, take good food and other ways. Taking good food and good physical activities is the key for good health and in keep weight. But, all these should be practiced under a trainer or expert supervision.
